Summertime! Were living easy, doing couple gigs and recording/mixing our next album. Life is like it's supposed to be!!!

Things are finally moving forward! ;D
E-Studio is booked for february, so that means new record is coming out at some point. Great, huh?
10years DVD is also under construction. it might still take a while, but were getting closer... ;)

Band is still busy jamming and creating new material.
We have new band member: Olli Kari. Some of you might know him from Uzva, if you don't know the band, check it out.
Olli is percussion/marimba/vibrafone player, but with Hidria he plays mostly Xylosynth, kind of electric marimba...
Making new music with him and Veikko (new keyboard guy) is great fun!

As some of you maybe have noticed, we have been having a gig break for most of this year. But this doesn't mean that band is not active. In matter of fact, we have been playing together more than in long time, jamming and making new tracks for our next studio album.
We hopefully start recording before this year ends and release it next year.

So Mikko and Kimmo got their hands full for some time, so were not very active at the moment. That doesn't mean were not playing gigs occasionally! Were also started writing new material again.
Our last two gigs were filmed and recorded, so DVD might be on the way!!! (in next 5 years ;D)
NEW members in Hidria-family!!!
Veikko (the Wolf) Sutinen has joined the band. (keyboards and synths). He played with us the past 4 gigs, and did extremely well, so his part of Hidria now!
J. Lounatvuori has moved to Berlin and is unable to play active role in the band at the moment. Don't worry, he's still with us. We will be playing with him on our upcoming gig in Berlin.
...Another new member in our family: Mikko Happo (gtr) became father of beatyfull boy child during our gig in Kokkola 22-23.3.2008. (what a trip!!!)
